Scott is a serial entrepreneur with 3 successful exits under his belt as founder and/or CEO, including RMA Home Services, which was sold to Home Depot. His experience ranges from developing early-stage startups to managing $400M revenue and 1000 employees. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Michigan.
Neil A. Solomon, M.D.
CO-FOUNDER & CMO
Neil is a former VP Quality & Care System Transformation at Blue Shield CA and has held clinical leadership roles at Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, and the Institute for Medical Knowledge Implementation. He is a graduate of the Yale University School of Medicine and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
Alex has co-founded 3 companies; is the former Chief Security Officer at ABP Technology; and has held leadership positions at Autodesk and LucasArts. At MedZed he leads development of our Tapestry IT platform.
Bill Pike, J.D.
EVP, Business Development
Bill is the former CEO of Rescue Air 1, an air ambulance company which grew 100x prior to a successful exit to Omniflight Helicopters, where he became VP of Business Development. Previously, Bill was Vice President & General Counsel at Georgia Baptist Health Care System where he was instrumental in creating Medicare Secure Choice, the first provider-sponsored health care corporation in Georgia.
Carlton Prickett, M.D.
EVP, Clinical Operations
Carlton received his clinical training at Columbia University and Emory University and his business training at McKinsey and Company, where he became an Associate Principal in the healthcare practice. Prior to his career in healthcare, Carlton edited and directed television shows in Los Angeles.
