Leadership

Scott orchestrated the original business model, technology platform and customer acquisition plan for the company's success with Co-Founder, Neil Solomon. Scott has started, grown, led and ultimately sold tech-enabled service companies during his career, including RMA Home Services, which was sold to Home Depot. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of the University of Michigan.

Tami oversees all aspects of human resources at MedZed, including training, talent, culture, strategy, and onboarding. She also mentors Human Resources professionals in the community. She has more than 20 years’ experience as a human resources executive with small and mid-size organizations in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She received a BA in Sociology from George Mason University and a MA in Teaching from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

With over 17 years of experience as a sales executive and strategist, Jonathan has built trusted client relationships and partnerships that drive meaningful impact. At MedZed, he helps deliver and launch programs that serve the most vulnerable populations in society—engaging hard-to-reach members, addressing social determinants of health, and improving outcomes for high-risk Medicaid and Medicare populations. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit, Jonathan has a proven record of developing and executing business development strategies that open new markets, generate growth, and create differentiation. He excels at crafting market-entry strategies, building credibility, and establishing immediate rapport with clients and partners, all while keeping mission and impact at the forefront. Jonathan holds a BS in in Business Administration and Management from Liberty University

Brandon oversees daily operations, leads strategic initiatives, and drives performance improvements across all departments. Brandon brings a wealth of expertise to our organization with over 20 years of professional experience and over a decade in healthcare operations, transformation, divestitures, and strategic planning. Previously, Brandon served as Chief Operating Officer at Emcara Health/PopHealthCare, where he was instrumental in providing physician-led, in-home medical care to medically complex and frail patients across the US. He has a strong track record of delivering high-quality, cost-effective, value-based, and patient-centered care while driving performance and growth for businesses. Brandon holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Memphis with a specialization in International Business.

Enrique is responsible for go-to-market-strategy, sales, and delivery of MedZed’s ground-breaking patient engagement solutions. His career as a healthcare executive, sales leader, and social entrepreneur spans a broad range of organization types including early-stage startups, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profits. Enrique holds a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Boston University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of California at Berkeley, Goldman School of Public Policy.

Dana leads quality initiatives to support best in class member care and facilitates interdepartmental collaborations to maximize performance on key quality indicators across the enterprise. In addition, she oversees auditing MedZed’s internal operations and adherence to external programmatic requirements. With over 20 years of experience in Public Health data analytics, Dana excels at using data to identify areas for quality and operational improvement programs, helping clients drive down utilization costs, address member social needs, and improve member health outcomes. Dana is passionate about strategies that promote whole-person care and strives to ensure our most vulnerable populations can access comprehensive resources and care. Dana holds BS from Duke University and MPH, PhD in Public Health from UCLA.

Alex oversees the finance, accounting, and technology functions. He leads MedZed’s financial strategy initiatives with an emphasis on leveraging data to support other functional areas and drive sustainable growth and profitability. Alex brings nearly a decade of operationally-oriented lower middle market healthcare investing experience, including investing roles at TT Capital Partners, Healy Capital Partners, and Bailey & Company. He has a strong track record of investing in and growing founder-led healthcare technology and services businesses with an emphasis on improving patient quality while reducing costs. Alex holds a B.S.B.A. with majors in accounting and finance from Marquette University.

Carisha leads the integration of clinical excellence and operational rigor at MedZed. She has over 25 years of experience in healthcare with a proven track record in strategy, operations, customer success, business development, change management, and organizational leadership. Prior to joining MedZed, she held leadership roles at Myia Health, TransformativeMed, Life Image, Healthways, Cerner, Kaiser Permanente and is the founder of VanzHealth. Carisha holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Creighton University where she serves as adjunct faculty.

Nancy supports MedZed’s mission by helping bridge technology, operations, and clinical teams to design systems that make care more connected and people centered. Having grown within the organization over the past six years—from a Community Health Navigator to a strategic leader—she brings firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by teams and members alike.
With an educational background in serving diverse populations, Nancy approaches her work with empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. She is passionate about developing practical, sustainable solutions that empower staff, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure that every innovation keeps people at the heart of MedZed’s work. She holds a degree in International Affairs from Eastern Washington University
