Board of Managers

Scott orchestrated the original business model, technology platform and customer acquisition plan for the company's success with Co-Founder, Neil Solomon. Scott has started, grown, led and ultimately sold tech-enabled service companies during his career, including RMA Home Services, which was sold to Home Depot. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of the University of Michigan.

Neil is a Founder and former Chief Medical Officer at MedZed, where he developed many of the original concepts, hired the clinical staff, and secured the initial health plan agreements for the company. Prior to founding MedZed, he held physician executive positions at several major health insurers (Kaiser Permanente, Health Net and Blue Shield of California), where he was responsible for clinical innovation, quality improvement, utilization management, telemedicine, medical policy, clinical sales support, and medical director team outcomes. He has experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Exchange and commercial programs and products. Previously Dr. Solomon led or played Board roles on several California statewide quality initiatives including the California Quality Collaborative, the Integrated Healthcare Association's Pay for Performance program, Cal Hospital Compare, and Essential Access Health. He has practiced internal medicine as a primary care provider, hospitalist, in skilled nursing facilities and on the MedZed telemedicine platform. He is a graduate of the Yale University School of Medicine and Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Neil A. Solomon, MD

Rick is a serial CEO with private equity and public company experience leading healthcare service companies and was a full-time academic and multispecialty practice neurologist. Most recently, CEO of Integra ServiceConnect, Rick was responsible for driving the company’s strategic and operational transformation, resulting in its strategic exit. Previously Rick served as CEO of NovaSom, a TPG Capital-controlled home sleep test provider bringing real-time diagnosis into the home. Earlier in his career, Rick was Chief Strategic Officer and later President/COO of Matria Healthcare, a NASDAQ-traded company.

​Paul is Managing Director and responsible for the overall operations of NFP Corporate Services (NY), with an emphasis on business development and client relations. Paul joined NFP when the firm acquired Dreyfuss & Birke, a boutique insurance consulting and brokerage firm that Paul founded and grew to a nationally recognized organization. Paul has spent his entire career as an insurance consultant. Throughout his career as an insurance consultant, he has been repeatedly recognized at a national level for his ability to identify and proactively execute cost containment strategies in the areas of health and welfare and risk management on behalf of many of the country’s leading institutions.

Adam is a Principal at TT Capital Partners, focused on sourcing and leading investments in high-growth healthcare services and IT companies. Adam has over a decade of healthcare investing and transaction experience and is passionate about partnering with management teams of innovative healthcare companies. He began his career in healthcare investment banking at Piper Sandler (then Piper Jaffray) and later worked in equity research covering financial and business services companies. Adam holds a B.S.B. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota with a major in Finance and an M.B.A. with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Dean is Partner, Portfolio Operations, at TT Capital Partners, responsible for driving growth and operational excellence across TTCP’s portfolio companies through a robust Value Creation Plan (VCP) program. He also leads a variety of cross-company executive councils to develop best practices across TTCP’s portfolio. Dean has over 35 years of leadership and operational experience across a vast array of industries and competencies. He was an Operating Executive with TPG Capital, President and CEO of Silver Oak Solutions, and held executive and management roles at General Electric and McKinsey & Co. He started his career in the U.S. Army, and he holds a B.S. in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from U.S. Military Academy West Point and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
